Abbie Chatfield is getting candid about her mental health.

Taking to Instagram early Friday morning, the former Bachelor star detailed her night of anxiety after excessively scrolling through TikTok.

‘My anxiety is f**ked. Like actually f**ked,’ she told her 400,000 followers.

‘I was trying to sleep last night and was… you know that like feeling where your entire body is pulsing?

‘I don’t know if anyone’s had this, but like you’re trying to sleep and you can feel your entire body pulsing, your heart pumping so hard? That was me last night.’

Abbie, 26, added: ‘So I’ve decided to yet again do a TikTok detox… A “de-TikTox.”‘

The podcast host said she thinks her ‘addiction’ to the popular video-sharing app is taking a toll on her ‘nervous system’.

Her night of anxiety comes just hours after it was confirmed she will be joining the panel of judges on the new season of The Masked Singer Australia on Channel 10.

The Verbose the Label founder will be joining Spice Girl Mel B, Chrissie Swan and returning star Dave Hughes.
