Thiessen, 48, proved she still had it when she shared a sultry snap of herself in a black bathing suit to Instagram on Wednesday.

‘When you get caught trying to find a place to pee,’ she captioned the shot, which showed her standing on the beach in Mendocino, California, near an enormous rock.

She famously played head cheerleader Kelly Kapowski in the NBC sitcom, which went on for four seasons from 1989 to 1993.

Her more recent acting credits include Netflix’s Alexa & Katie, What About Brian, and White Collar. She also returned for the Saved by the Bell reboot in 2020, which only lasted for two seasons before it was cancelled.

Thiessen showed off a small waistline and toned legs in the picture, as her long, brown hair sat loose around her face. She held on to a straw hat and wore aviator sunglasses to shield her eyes from the California sun.

Last year, the Saved by the Bell alum, who now hosts MTV’s Deliciousness, dished to Hollywood Life that she thinks the key to staying in shape is to not ‘panic’ if you gain a little weight.

‘What is panic going to do?’ she asked. ‘They say stress actually adds pounds, so if I stress it’s going to be worse, right?’

She added that she ‘always tries to live her life in balance,’ which includes the way she eats. She shared: ‘I’ve never been one to go extreme either way [with dieting].

‘I’ve never been one to eat bad all the time and I’ve never been one to always be healthy. I’m like an 80-20 per cent kind of person.

‘I try to be because I love food. I love to cook… Eating a salad three times a day is not always what I want to do. So, I think it’s all about balance.’

‘When you ask your son to do a bikini photo of you – and he’s six-foot-five and too lazy to get down to get a better angle,’ she captioned one, which showed her grinning at the camera while standing on the beach in the swimsuit.

‘One last bikini shot,’ she wrote alongside another, which featured her laughing with the ocean in the background.

‘It’s been a wonderful week in Costa Rica, filled with sun, jungle, ocean, pool, long dinners, lots of books read, and of course, the antics of George the monkey.’

The mom-of-two works hard to say in shape, and often shares videos of herself working out and participating in Pilates.

Last year, she revealed that she hits the gym three to five times a week, and while she admitted that she ‘hates it,’ she said the reward is worth the hard work.

”I don’t like to sweat and huff and puff and hurt. If sitting on a couch, eating cake, drinking wine, and reading did the same for me as exercise, there would be no contest,’ she explained on Instagram.

‘BUT. I have come to find out that working out is that perfect little pill everyone is looking for. It makes you feel good, look good, good for your brain and body – a small miracle that has to be paid off by a little discomfort.’

The model and TV personality – who has been in the industry for nearly 40 years now – left her slim stomach on full display as she wore a dark blue triangle bikini from Melissa Odabash with a cream colored coat over it.

While speaking to InStyle in 2020, she admitted that while she doesn’t necessarily look forward to working out, it always makes her feel good afterwards.

‘I never wake up thinking, “Gee, I really want to work out today,”‘ she admitted. ‘When I was modelling, I made myself do it so I could look good in a swimsuit. But just knowing I’m strong has a huge impact on my mental health.’

‘You don’t have to be called beautiful your entire life. It’s a nice memory, but then the next generation starts. For me, it’s a natural thing to do, to hand over, to not be envious or jealous.

‘I can’t think of anything worse than if you said, “There’s a magic pill and it’s going to make you look 20 again.”‘

She also addressed it again on her 50th birthday last year, writing on Instagram, ‘I am so happy to be turning 50 and have never felt more confident or happy in my life. I don’t try to look or feel younger, I embrace now.’

‘We mix some cardio, plyometrics, full body, core, and lower body into her workouts – they are very, very intense and she takes it very seriously, which is exciting for someone like me,’ he explained.

‘You say, “We’re going to do this,” and she’s like, “Great!” Her workouts are fast paced. She’s very focused and high energy.’

Some of his go-to moves include platypus walks, sumo lunges, sidekicks, and plyometric squat jumps. He also likes to use single leg deadlifts, boxing, and elements of Pilates in his workouts.

‘[Lopez] and I do a lot of platypus walks with a wide stance. Also known as a sumo walking squat,’ he told the outlet. ‘It’s great for your inner thighs and butt.’

However, while David says he has tailored his workouts to suit Lopez’s body and lifestyle, he notes that fitness is not the only aspect of the singer’s life that contributes to her impressive figure, explaining that she also maintains a very healthy day-to-day routine outside of the gym that encompasses everything from her diet to her sleep.

‘[Lopez]is meticulous about her eating, sleeping, and generally about everything in her life,’ he explained. ‘It’s not just a physical thing – it’s about transforming every aspect of your life.’

In her memoir Inside Out, the movie star detailed how she used an intense work out routine and extreme dieting to look every inch the Hollywood siren for her blockbuster films.

‘I didn’t feel like I could stop exercising,’ she wrote in her book. ‘It was my job to fit into that unforgiving military uniform [in A Few Good Men].

‘Getting in shape for that movie launched the obsession with working out that would consume me over the next five years. I never dared let up.’

After welcoming her first daughter, Rumer Willis, in 1988, she said she ‘excessively exercised’ to lose her baby weight, but because she got so slim she did not have ‘enough fat in her breast milk.’

Then, when she starred in Indecent Proposal, she explained, ‘I would be on display again, and all I could think about was my body, my body, my body.

‘I doubled down on my already over-the-top exercise routine. I cut out carbs, I ran and I biked and I worked out on every machine imaginable.’

She added: ‘When I was making Striptease, for breakfast I would measure out a half cup of oatmeal and prepare it with water, then for the rest of the day I would have only protein and some vegetables – and that was it.

‘If all this obsessing about my body sounds crazy to you, you’re not wrong: eating disorders are crazy, they are a sickness. But that doesn’t make them less real.’

Now, she is not ashamed of aging, and is excited to turn 60 this November.

‘You hit 59 and you’re already thinking, “Well, I’m going to be 60.” It feels very liberating. When I think of my grandmother at 60, she in a way seemed to be already resigned to being old. But I feel, in so many ways, more alive and present than ever,’ she recently shared.

‘It’s changing this idea that women become less desirable as we get older. We don’t want to look matronly or not feel sexy.’

At age 64, Sharon Stone certainly isn’t afraid to show off her body. She left little to the imagination when she posted a nearly-nude photo to her Instagram last month.

The actress and former fashion model posed topless with a green, leopard print bikini covering her bottom half. She used a striped towel to cover her nipples.

‘Gratefully imperfect on a perfect day,’ she captioned it.

The Casino star added some extra sparkle with long dangling necklaces. Her platinum blonde hair remained free-flowing and shone brightly in the radiant sun.

Stone – who suffered from a brain hemorrhage in 2001 which forced her to re-learn how to talk and walk – previously told The Hollywood Reporter that she is fully embracing growing older.

‘I don’t choose to make growing older a negative. I choose to get older. Growing older is my goal,’ she said. ‘I was in an ICU for nine days and the survival rate for what I went through is very low.

‘I don’t need someone to make me feel bad about growing older. I’ll tell you what makes you feel bad: when you think you might not.’

When it comes to obtaining her slender figure, she added that she works out sometimes as much as five days a week, explaining, ‘I work for it. I work at everything. To me, discipline is a kind of freedom.’

‘Some people have the discipline to exercise in the morning, and I didn’t develop that,’ she said. ‘I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long.

‘So even when you brush your teeth, you’re working the muscles. It’s restorative yoga.’

Beckham, 48, has not been shy this summer – being photographed numerous times in barely-there bikinis and figure-hugging one-pieces while vacationing with her husband, David Beckham, and their kids last month.

Last month, she was spotted in a skimpy, red swimsuit while sunbathing on the dock of the $2.2 million-a-week yacht that the family rented. She also looked incredible in a red one-piece days later.

‘It’s not about being a certain size. It’s about knowing who you are and being happy with who you are,’ the former Spice Girls member previously told Grazia about her body.

‘It’s an old-fashioned attitude, wanting to be really thin. I think women today want to look healthy, and curvy. They want to have some boobs – and a bum.’

As for her special trick to stay in shape, she said she ‘loves’ lifting weights. She gushed: ‘I’ve even got those special gloves to wear!

‘It’s good to switch things up and keep your body guessing. I’ve got so much more muscle tone now.’

However, Beckham also follows an incredibly strict diet, with her husband David revealing earlier this year that she ‘only eats grilled fish and vegetables’.

In an interview with Vogue Australia, the former Spice Girl shared more details about her food regimen, insisting that she does enjoy a more varied menu, despite admitting that she is incredibly ‘disciplined’ when it comes to her daily food intake.

‘I eat lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing,’ she shared. ‘I do drink alcohol, unless I have a reason not to. I’ll detox from anything for three to six months where I won’t drink. I’m quite extreme in anything I do, whether it’s eating or working out or drinking or not drinking.’

‘Of course, as I’ve aged, everything on my body hurts! My hips, back, shoulders – lots of aches and pains,’ she said.

‘I get asked all the time how I look so young. I don’t like needles. I’m not going to rule out Botox, but the idea of putting a needle in my face – I’m not there yet.

‘My best anti-aging tip is the ability to say no, no, and Hell no. We run ourselves ragged saying yes to every freaking thing, whether it’s to our family, spouses or careers.

‘I sleep eight hours a day and don’t let myself stress out. A lot of people call it selfish, but I don’t have any wrinkles.’
