The son of Rudy Giuliani, Andrew Giuliani, who is running for the governorship of New York State has been caught in a cringeworthy encounter with a TikTok personality known as ‘Crackhead Barney’.
Giuliani was seen campaigning in New York’s Times Square to supposedly make his bid for the state’s highest office.
Crackhead Barney came up to speak with the contender with the interview beginning with some straightforward questions as to why the 35-year-old was running.
Andrew Giuliani, the son of former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and a former Trump White House official, is running for New York Governor next year
During a campaign stop in Times Square, Giuliani was interviewed by a TikTok personality, Crackhead Barney
‘I’m running for governor. I’m standing for Israel today,’ Giuliani said.
‘Are you gonna be like your daddy?’ the TikTok star asked.
‘I want to see a New York where you have Israel that is respected,’Giuliani said.
‘I hate your father, I f***ing hate him!’ retorted Crackhead Barney.
‘That’s okay,’ responded Giuliani while those around him appeared to take offence.
Crackhead Barney shared her dislike of Giuliani’s father and said she hoped he would not be like him
Giuliani responded by saying he stood with Israel and that comments the TikTok star had made would not have been allowed in Palestine
There followed a back and forth match between the pair with each asking the other if they had been to Palestine
Giuliani’s entourage then proceeded to shout ‘F*** you!’ at the TikTokker while the candidate managed to remain calm throughout.
‘You want to know the beautiful thing about the United States of America?’ he asked. ‘You can stand and say that. Unfortunately in Palestine you can’t. You’d be beheaded.’
It set off a back-and-forth between the pair with them each asking the other if they had ever been the Palestine several times over.
‘Have you been there? asked Crackhead Barney.
‘Have you been there?’ responded Giuliani as the pattern repeated itself for several seconds.
Giuliani managed to remain polite and civil despite the rude questioning from Crackhead Barney
