It comes after Channel Seven announced in October it has made a deal with US media giant NBCUniversal (NBCU) to launch a new channel.

As part of the multi-year deal, Seven has also acquired all of NBCUniversal’s scripted network and cable dramas and comedies as well as their back catalogue

TV Blackbox reported that fans can look forward to seeing sci fi series Quantum Leap with Raymond Lee and the sit-com Lopez vs. Lopez, starring George Lopez and Mayan Lopez, as part of the deal.

Both shows will appear on Channel Seven’s main channel next year.
