Though they say ‘summer bodies are made in winter’, an Australian beauty brand is helping men and women maintain their healthy bronzed physiques all year round – no sun required. 

One of Australia’s most successful brands, Bali Body, is known for its tanning, suncare and skincare range and now sells a product every 45 seconds globally.   

The Melbourne-based company has become a fast favourite with those who love a ‘natural’ glow and made headlines with its Face Tan Water launch in March 2019 when one sold every 30 seconds on the day of its launch. 

The $29.95 water was designed to ‘take the fear out of tanning your face’ and offers a gradual tanning alternative enriched with anti-ageing and skin loving ingredients including sodium hyaluronate, jojoba oil and rosewater.

The mousse promises a ‘flawless natural looking tan’ and ‘no self tan smell’ as well as  soothing chamomile extract, antioxidant coffee seed extract and rejuvenating pomegranate extract to leave skin glowing.

How long after a shower can you apply fake tan? 

You can apply fake tan immediately after a shower, once the skin is clean and completely dry. 

We do however, recommend running your body under cold water for 30-seconds before getting out of the shower. 

This will ensure your fake tan doesn’t sink into open pores which can result in small dots in each hair follicle.
