Billie Shepherd shares a glimpse inside her VERY glam dressing room after its transformation at £1.4M family home – as she jokes about the amount of space allocated for husband Greg

Billie Shepherd has shared an inside look at her lavish new dressing room following its completion at her stunning Essex family home.

The Family Diaries star, 33, posted a video of her incredible wardrobe space on her renovation Instagram account, At Home With The Sheps, on Saturday.

The clip revealed a room lined with fitted wardrobes and shelving filled with Billie’s designer shoes, as well as a dressing table for applying her makeup.

Billie, who recently welcomed her third child Margot with her husband Greg, revealed that they had decided to opt for wardrobe doors rather than open wardrobes because it ‘feels neater and is easier to keep tidy’.

The former TOWIE star also joked that she had allocated ‘a whole two wardrobes’ to her husband in the vast dressing space.

Discussing the colour theme for the room, Billie said that they chose neutral tones with pale blue accents in the blinds.

Another feature in the room was glass cabinetry holding a range of Billie’s bags, which were also out on display beside her high heels and trainers.

The room is next door to the couple’s en suite bathroom, which features a freestanding bath in the middle of the room.

Alongside the dressing room reveal video, Billie wrote: ‘We still have some finishing touches to this room but here is where we are at.

‘As you can see we decided to have wardrobe doors rather then open wardrobes, it just feels neater and easier for us to keep tidy we have kept it neutral with splashes of pale blue in the blinds, we still have some other upholstered pieces to come to finish the room off.’

In October last year Billie took to Instagram to show off the pad’s gorgeous pantry, complete with rows of organised jars, a coffee station and an extensive spice rack.

Dubbing the room ‘a dream come true’, Billie gave an insight into the new home with a collection of snaps.

Marble countertops and light wooden flooring bring the room together, with an array of perfectly lined up glass jars, each with a wooden lid and printed stick-on label describing what the contents are.

‘I know this may sound slightly cringe but this room really does feel like a dream come true. Thank you to the wonderful ladies @organise_d for your perfect organising skills.’

After moving into their plush new pad, which has undergone years of renovations to transform it into the perfect family home, Billie and Greg gifted their old home to her mother Suzie Wells, ensuring the home stays in the family.

Billie was so kind as to help her mother move in and get settled in the home, which Suzie documented on her Instagram.

Suzie wrote across the clip: ‘@billieshepherdofficial thank you for organising my move for me, as you know they are brilliant nothing is too much and they are a really helpful bunch’.

To make her mum feel at home, Billie also celebrated her new move by gifting her a bunch of pink and white flowers.

She took to her own Instagram Story to share a video of her son Arthur, five, presenting the bouquet to his grandma.

She wrote: ‘Taking some flowers round to nanny Suzie’s to put in her new home’ followed by a string of emojis.

Billie and her husband Greg paid £1.4million for the Brentwood property, before demolishing it and building their own dream home.

Boasting five bedrooms, the property also features a swimming pool, home gym and a lifesize wendy house.

Greg, 35, has also added a ‘man cave’, converting the original garage into a gym and games room, while there will be a playroom for their children.

Work began on the house in January 2021 following months of delays due to planning rows with their new neighbours.

Late last year, Billie shared a picture of her and Greg outside the home’s front door as they finally moved in – penning ‘we made it!’.

Settling into the home, the family enjoyed a sweet night together as she filmed Nelly and Arthur jumping on their new bed, donning matching pyjamas.

‘Highs and lows and A LOT of arguments along the way. I can finally say it was worth it in the end ❤️ the amount of times someone said that to me during this house build .. sometimes it felt impossible but it really does feel worth every minute,’ she explained.

The star admitted in March she wouldn’t have bought the abode if she knew the ‘headache’ it would be.

Billie said: ‘Now someone else has also said to us that we should probably think about knocking the house down and start all over again it’s just becoming one thing after another.

‘We’re nearly a year in now. It would have been nice to know that like six to eight months ago because if we are going to knock the house down it means we’re going to have to reapply for planning permission and start this process all over again.

‘I don’t regret buying the house but if I had known it would have taken this like, like over a year to get to find a builder, I probably wouldn’t have done it because I just was so unaware of how long things take.’
