Activision has outlined Call Of Duty Season 6’s roadmap of content, with new operators, maps, and a Halloween-themed event.

Most Call Of Duty players are likely already aware, but in case you somehow missed it, Season 6 of Modern Warfare and Warzone became available to pre-download yesterday and has gone live earlier this morning.

As such, Activision has laid out the next roadmap of content for fans to pore over. And while there are the usual new maps and operators to look forward to, it appears Activision has something spooky prepared for the month of Halloween.

From October 20 to November 3, something called the Haunting of Verdansk will take place; Verdansk being the map in Warzone, which has now expanded thanks to the added subway system.

The roadmap doesn’t state what exactly it is, only saying that new limited modes, rewards, and more will be available during this period.

This is only speculation, but it might be safe to assume that the Haunting of Verdansk will finally be bringing zombies to Warzone.

A previous leak did suggest that zombies would be added to Warzone, and a Halloween themed event would be the perfect time to do just that.

Activision also recently teased the return of zombies for the upcoming Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, with a reveal coming on Wednesday September 30.

Players can already get into a Halloween mood with the new finishing move that can be unlocked in the battle pass: a pet vampire bat named Edward.

Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call Of Duty: Warzone are available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
