After losing her job in San Francisco, Gabriela decides to pick up and head to New Zealand to tend to her new asset, which turns out to not be nearly as lovely as advertised.

‘Never assume anything on the internet matches its profile picture,’ Gabriela says in the trailer, as she’s confronted with collapsing stairs to the front porch, an exploding kitchen sink faucet, and general a decrepit state all around.

Soon, she recruits the help of studly contractor Jake (Demos) to help fix the place up, and sure enough romance ensues.
