Dr Chris Brown and Julia Morris have dressed up as a whole host of popular Australian movie characters in a new promotional video for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!

The hosts of the jungle based reality show star in an advertisement set to a jingly tune about how Covid has affected the program this year.

The lyrics reveal that because of the pandemic, the celebrities will not be going into the jungle this year as the production will be based in Australia.

In the clip, Chris first goes shirtless as he wears a Crocodile Dundee costume, embodying the character made famous by Paul Hogan.

He is then seen in drag atop a bus, recreating the famous scene from The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert.

Julia joined in the fun, dressed up as Kenny Smyth, the character from the toilet plumber comedy, Kenny, before Chris is seen sitting on a portaloo in the same outfit.

Amid speculation Paleo chef Pete Evans may be entering the jungle, Julia said that the show will be good to watch, because there’s ‘different schools of thought going in.’

‘We know the cast… the cast they’ve assembled together are going to generate some amazing TV for us to watch, because there’s lot of different schools of thought going in,’ Julia said on KIIS FM’s The Kyle and Jackie O Show

‘And after COVID and our various stages of lockdown… to be locked in with people with very different thoughts, it’s going to be exciting.’
