It was a very regal affair at Flemington Racecourse on Thursday as celebrities donned their finest jewels to celebrate 2023 Kennedy Oaks Day.
This year, racegoers were encouraged to wear a purple hue as part of their raceday outfit, to raise awareness fot the Good Friday Appeal in their quest to help sick children.
Fresh from their matchy-matchy Melbourne Cup ensembles, Princess Diana‘s twin nieces Eliza and Amelia Spencer stole the show as they arrived at The Birdcage in coordinating white outfits and extravagant, draping amethyst necklaces and headpieces.
The statuesque sisters posed side-by-side for photos, with Amelia dazzling in a puffy-sleeved pantsuit, silver pointy-toed heels and a matching clutch bag.
Eliza meanwhile wore a white jumpsuit that featured an asymmetrical bodice.
Joining the pair at The Birdcage was racing identity Kate Waterhouse, who looked ethereal in a white lace gown by Zimmermann paired with a Dior clutch bag worth around $2,000.
She slicked her hair back into an up-do secured with a white hair bow by EZARA/J, and added height to her lithe frame with a pair of open-toed black heels.
For makeup, the daughter of horse trainer Gai Waterhouse and bookmaker Robbie Waterhouse wore winged eyeliner, peach-toned blush and a slick of red lipstick.
Former Miss Universe Australia Olivia Molly Rogers, who confirmed her split from boyfriend Morgan Waterhouse at the Melbourne Cup, was pretty in a pink asymmetrical body-con dress that featured a large rosette at the shoulder and a flirty cut-out panel at the side.
Proving that more is more, she accessorised her dress with all-pink accessorises, including a halo-inspired fascinator, clutch bag, pointy-toed heels and stud earrings.
The brunette was all smiles as she posed for photos with her fashion stylist pal Paul Versace.
Racing socialite Crystal Kimber embraced the purple theme by wearing a frilly satin frock in violet, matched with a feather-embellished hatinator and aubergine heels.
She topped off her statement look with purple drop earrings and a lavender-hued top handle bag.
Beauty queen Tegan Martin also chose a purple hue, sporting an oversized lavender pantsuit with a matching headband and handbag.
The Miss Universe Australia winner completed her look with pink heels and amethyst stud earrings.
