Elle Macpherson, 59, celebrates one year with guitarist beau Doyle Bramhall II, 54… after marking 20 years of sobriety
Elle Macpherson, 59, fired up her Instagram page on Tuesday to celebrate her one-year-and-running relationship with guitarist Doyle Bramhall II, 54.
Doyle, a silver fox who has worked with such names as Roger Waters and Eric Clapton, has previously dated Renee Zellweger.
His romance with Elle went public in October 2022, but on her Instagram this week the Australian supermodel revealed they have been together a tad longer than that.
‘Life beyond my wildest dreams they say – as I celebrate my 20 years anniversary this week …..I am also celebrating 365+days of heart expanding bliss @doylebrahmall,’ she wrote alongside an album of throwbacks.
The ’20 years anniversary’ she was referring to first was her two decades of sobriety, which earned her a blue and gold tri-plate token from Alcoholics Anonymous.

Elle and Doyle have a pal called Nina Morris who apparently refers to them as ‘Nomadic Lovers,’ a sobriquet that inspired the theme of her latest album.
In her caption, Elle revealed that ‘I’ve chosen some of my favorite images from around the world’ of her and Doyle together.
One was a Reserved magazine shot by photographer Randall Slavin, showing the couple in a romantic embrace in black and white this April.
The second snap was a throwback to early in their relationship, September 2022, when they indulged in a ‘magical trip’ to the Moroccan Sahara.
In a third photograph, the pair were pictured wandering through the Grotta Sonora, a musical ‘sound cave’ full of instruments in the Italian village of Calcata Vecchia.
Last October, shortly after they went public as a couple, they attended a ‘wild and wacky’ Halloween party in Transylvania that included Entourage star Adrian Grenier.
One especially romantic picture showed them nuzzling up in the stands at Madison Square Garden before seeing Doyle’s friend Eric Clapton perform.
Evidently they had been given a dispensation to enter the venue before the general public, as the stands around them were all completely empty.

The pair were also pictured last winter strolling through a luxurious hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where Elle spoke at the World Travel And Tourism Council – misnamed in her Instagram caption as the ‘world trade and tourism conference.’
During their sojourn to Saudi Arabia, Elle and her man were also snapped attending the controversial Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah.
The couple were headed to a Women In Film event promoting the picture What’s Love Got To Do With It, helmed by Elizabeth director Shekhar Kapur and written by the English aristocratic scion Jemima Goldsmith, a gal pal of Princess Diana and ex-wife of the Pakistani cricketer-turned-prime minister Imran Khan.
‘Tokyo April 2023,’ she wrote of another picture. ‘Real travel requires a maximum of unscheduled wandering, for there is no other way of discovering surprises and marvels, which, as I see it, is the only good reason for not staying at home.’
The snapshots in her album included their New Year’s Eve celebrations last year and a smooch they shared under the Eiffel Tower.
