The former 2Day FM radio host also included a photo of the ornate black jar containing Toby’s ashes and a certificate of his cremation in the share.

Both the jar and paperwork are embossed with a dog’s paw motif.

Em said that Toby’s ashes had arrived home while she had been recording an episode of her Spotify Emsolation podcast.

‘Could one of you paint a picture of Toby Dog?’ Em asked in the video, clearly upset.

Em took to Instagram on Thursday, soon after the dog passed, to share pictures of her pet, along with a touching tribute.

‘Almost 18 years of friendship, I’m beside myself. We all are. We love you Toby dog,’ she captioned the post.
