And Michelle Hardwick took to Instagram on Sunday to share a snap of her baby bump, as she prepares to welcome the new arrival.

Gazing down at her stomach in the monochrome picture, the Emmerdale actress, 46, penned: ‘Not long til we meet you baby girl’.

Sporting a black bralette and satin bottoms, Michelle held her bump with both hands while beaming down at her stomach.

While the star, who portrays Vanessa Woodfield in Emmerdale, had her highlighted golden locks left to fall freely in a tousled style for the shot.

The star’s Emmerdale co-stars rushed to the comments to gush over the snap, with Amy Walsh commenting: ‘Oh my GODDDDDDD this picture is beautiful’.

The actress, who is already mother to two-year-old Teddy, revealed that she is expecting another child via Instagram back in July.

Michelle married wife Kate back in 2019, after the pair met on Emmerdale – which Kate is a producer on.

The couple appeared on Loose Women in August for an on-screen gender reveal, announcing that it was a little girl they were expecting during the live appearance.

Kate and Michelle also revealed their donor is also Teddy’s biological father and he is open to meeting the children when they’re 18 if they wish to see him. 

The sweet snap comes after stepped up security at her Leeds home after homophobic death threats continue to put her family’s safety at risk.

Sharing her gratitude to a local security company who helped her ramp up protection around her northern countryside family home.

She wrote to her 125,000 followers: ‘Just wanted to say what fantastic service we have had from the very first phone call to the end result.

‘Anyone local to the Leeds/Wakefield area who needs any security solutions then look no further than @msc.security.solutions.

‘This was a fully paid for job, not a paid ad. I just wanted to post because they were fabulous.’
