England football star and World Cup player Conor Gallagher’s model girlfriend Aine May Kennedy has revealed she is stuck in a passport drama meaning she cannot yet fly out to Qatar to support the team during the tournament.
Images on Irish Ms Kennedy’s Instagram account seem to show that she has lost her passport and has had to apply for a new one from the Irish authorities, as she described as ‘the most stressful week’.
Ms Kennedy, 23, has so far been unable to join the rest of England’s WAGs on a luxury cruise ship off the coast of Qatar, where they are based due to coronavirus restrictions which prevent them from seeing their husbands and boyfriends.
She shared a photo on her Instagram story yesterday which appeared to show her holding passport applications, captioned: ‘Can’t believe it’s come to this.

She then shared a second image of a green wheelie bin, adding: ‘Had my friends empty the bins last night [Wednesday night] with me just to make sure we hadn’t missed anywhere in the house.’
Model and professional dancer Ms Kennedy finally shared an image of herself at a pool in White City House, saying: ‘We ended the most stressful week though with gorgeous views.’
Ms Kennedy has been dating Gallagher, 22, who plays for Chelsea, for nearly four years according to their social media posts, and the couple have shared many photos online showing their fans their close relationship.
Gallagher did not appear to have made any reference to his partner’s passport woes on social media this morning, but he did share a sneak peak of training for tonight’s World Cup match against the USA.
Ms Kennedy, who hails from Cork, travelled to London to become a professional dancer but quickly picked up a modelling career instead.
The partners of other British footballers touched down in Doha to support the Three Lions ahead of their 6-2 win against Iran on Monday – and the Welsh squad’s 1-1 draw with the US.

Covering 21 decks, there are 2,138 crew members, two five blade propellers and seven thrusters being four Bow and two stern.
