‘Tala meanings –  gold, star, story, noble and wolf princess, little palm tree and pretty girl. I only learnt this after we announced and which countries the meanings coming from.’

According to Nameberry, the name is of Native American origin however it has roots in many diverse languages and cultures.

Fans were thrilled after Ashy finally revealed the name and the gender of her daughter a few days after birth after keeping mum on both throughout her pregnancy,

The little one, who is the little sister of their eldest son Taj, was born on June 19th at 1pm weighing 4.11kg and measuring 53cm.

’24 hours with you. We couldn’t be more in love if we tried,’ she captioned the post.

‘When people say ‘wow you’ve really popped’… I’ve never really understood this comment especially to a woman in her third trimester or someone who is 36 weeks and ready to birth a fully grown baby,’ she wrote in an Instagram post weeks before her due date.

‘Isn’t it expected our bellies will grow? Big or small at whatever stage in pregnancy I just think belly’s are beautiful and I don’t think to say that comment so I don’t know what to say when someone says it to me.’

The other comments she questions are when she’s told her bump is ‘carrying small’ – or the complete opposite of ‘wow you’re huge’.

Eight months into her pregnancy with baby number two, Ashy took to social media to questions a common comment she would get – and doesn’t understand why it needs to be said

‘I think just no. I don’t know any women pregnant or not being told they are huge is something we want to hear,’ she said.

Earlier on in her second pregnant Ashy voiced her concern that fellow mothers on social media were ‘shaming’ her for having a small bump.

While Ashy looked radiant in the poolside snap she posted, she took a serious tone in the caption to highlight her experience on Instagram since sharing her baby news.

‘It’s 2021, I thought mum shaming was a thing of the past, something I experienced when I was pregnant seven years ago with Taj, but nope,’ she wrote, referring to her eldest child.

‘Already having mum hate come at me because of the size of my belly? Like there is a ‘right’ or ‘normal’ size to be?’

She said all expectant mums had different bodies and that they will each show and carry their baby differently to one another.

‘I think EVERY pregnant belly is beautiful no matter what, and something we should all be uplifting and embracing with each other, [being] pregnant is literally a miracle and so special,’ the influencer wrote.

She noted that she’s received countless comments and messages from trolls who have called her ‘stupid, silly, dramatic’ and for ‘holding my belly when I don’t have one.’
