‘I love my job so much,’ she continued, ‘but this is just a little shoutout to working parents who have to leave their kids in times that don’t feel natural, and it kind of goes against everything in your body to not be with them in times like that.’

The Younger alum then sent out comfort to others in her position, ‘You’re doing a good job, just like I know I’m doing a good job in working hard for my family.’

‘But poor little baby! All of this feels so weird, to not be with her.’

What is Hand, foot, and mouth disease?

Hand, foot, and mouth disease is common in children under 5 years old, but anyone can get it.

The illness is usually not serious, but it is very contagious. It spreads quickly at schools and day care centers.

Your child can get painful mouth sores. These sores usually start as small red spots, often on the tongue and insides of the mouth, that blister and can become painful.

Signs that swallowing might be painful for your child: Not eating or drinking, drooling more than usual, only wanting to drink cold fluids.

The actress is currently shooting the second season of HIMYF.

The series will stream on Hulu.

She shares Mae and daughter, Banks, three with her husband Matthew Koma, 35.

She’s also mom to son Luca, 10, whom she shares with ex-husband Mike Comrie.

The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Meghan King revealed earlier this month that all three of her kids twin boys Hart and Hayes, three, and daughter Aspen, five, whom she shares with ex-husband Jim Edmonds, has the same virus as Mae.

The Centers for Disease Control reports that HFMD is common in children five and youngers.

It is a contact disease, which can be spread by hugging or kissing an infected person, and the infection can spread from changing diapers and wiping noses.

It is most common in the summer and fall.

And it usually clears up within seven to 10 days.

Adults can contract the virus as well, but often don’t show any symptoms, which allows them to pass it on, unknowingly, to others.
