From the death of her beloved mother Lois, to her vicious war with Kathy Hilton, Rinna acknowledged that she ‘had a rough year.’

The Bravo icon began her candid interview by noting that she had just come from ‘pilates, then therapy.’

‘The story just didn’t get told as two-sidedly as I would’ve liked,’ lamented Lisa. ‘It was unfortunate that there weren’t cameras in Aspen. It was something that happened so spontaneously.’

Referring to Kathy Hilton’s alleged breakdown during a cast trip to Aspen, the reality TV flamethrower snarked: ‘In the moment, I didn’t think to turn on my voice memos. When somebody’s having a nuclear breakdown, you don’t think, ‘Oh, I should be filming this.’ ‘

Owning it: The former soap star dug her heals in when it came to accusing Hilton of slandering Kyle Richards during a drunken off-camera tirade. 'All I ever did was tell the truth,' declared Rinna, later saying of Kathy, 'You got to see the tail of the monster. She just showed her tail'

Lisa coyly inferred that a behind-the-scenes coverup was orchestrated by ‘certain people’ who ‘could make certain things go away’ and ‘make sure that [Kathy Hilton] was protected.’

She also alluded to a ‘very calculated’ online ‘smear campaign’ against her that was perpetrated by ‘someone on payroll.’

But the Days of Our Lives alum did give Kathy props in the end: ‘I give her a lot of credit for showing up to the reunion, because she could have run like Lisa Vanderpump did.’

Rinna went on to say that Hilton’s ‘got balls’ before branding Vanderpump a ‘p**sy.’

Bye-bye to an Icon: As she embraces her post-Housewives life, the Bravo icon shared that 'everything Housewives has to go away for a while.' 'I’m good to take a break,' she said. 'It’s time for a break. Not a pause, I don’t go on pause. You don’t put me on pause. I go bye-bye'

While Rinna’s exit came as a major shock to RHOBH fans, the polarizing star told her fellow Housewives ‘right after the reunion’ that season 12 would be her last.

‘I’m good to take a break,’ she said. ‘It’s time for a break. Not a pause, I don’t go on pause. You don’t put me on pause. I go bye-bye.’

Calling RHOBH ‘a brutal gig,’ Lisa went on to definitively state what it takes to be a great Housewife: ‘You’ve got to be a more hardened b••ch like we are to do this show.’

Noting how ‘grateful’ she is for her time on the series, the legend added: ‘I wouldn’t change any of it. I’m grateful for the experience. I am who I am before it, during it, after it. I learned a lot, man.’

‘The tools that it gave me as a bad b**ch,’ she mused. ‘You can’t really cross me. I mean you can, but…. you shouldn’t.’
