Jack Black rocks funky graphic T-shirt and wacky shorts for sunshine stroll
Jack Black was anything but incognito during a Labor Day stroll Monday in Los Feliz, California.
After capturing the attention of onlookers with his cosmic cat T-shirt in mid-August, the School Of Rock star once again rocked a vibrant graphic T-shirt and colorful shorts combo.
The 54-year-old actor also rocked a salt and pepper beard, his go-to headphones, and a blue hat.
Rounding out the Tenacious D rocker’s look was his black backpack and black sunglasses.
Not one to leave part of his outfit incomplete, Jack threw on matching vibrant green tie-dye socks with grey slip on shoes, which contrasted yet matched perfectly with the rest of his quirky outfit.

The multi-talented actor and musician might have a silly sense of style, but he’s been nothing but supportive of his fellow actors and writers currently participating in the SAG-AFTRA strike.
He’s been spotted several times on the picket lines, with his second-to-last Instagram post from July featuring a snap of him and a fellow actress picketing in front of Paramount Studios.
‘UNION STRONG!’ the Peaches singer included in the caption for the post.
While he’s not allowed to promote any film or acting work while the strike is ongoing, the Super Mario Bros. star can work on musical ventures.
To the thrill of his 11.3 million Instagram followers, the guitarist posted a promotional image where he posed completely naked with a guitar in order to tease his upcoming Spicy Meatball Tenacious D tour extension.
‘The spicy meatball is rolling into town….’ the Goosebumps star cheekily captioned the post, which featured him and his fellow Tenacious D bandmate Kyle Gass posing nude with only guitars covering their private regions.
The mini tour kicks off this Wednesday in Charlotte, North Carolina, making several stops across the country before concluding in Austin on September 15th.
Kyle and Jack actually kicked off the Spicy Meatball tour earlier this summer, with sold out tour dates in North America and Europe.
The continuation of the tour comes following the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike, and the bearded singer’s success with his hit song from the Super Mario Bros. Movie, Peaches.

Portraying Mario’s famous enemy Bowser in the film, Jack’s rousing performance of Peaches is already garnering Oscar buzz for Best Song.
Offscreen and stage, fans of the versatile entertainer have also been certifiably shook by the Jumanji: The Next Level’s star doppelganger son, Samuel Jason Black.
Following in his musical-minded father’s footsteps, his 17-year-son is also the frontman for his own band, aptly named Black.
The actor also shares one younger son, Thomas, with his wife Tanya Haden, also a musician.
