The former EastEnders actress, 30, was left in tears after the ex-TOWIE and Big Brother star was led away from the event – held on November 6 – in handcuffs after the event erupted into violence.
MailOnline can exclusively reveal Jacqueline has ‘no doubt he will be cleared of any wrongdoing and is standing by’ her partner, 31, throughout, believing ‘he is the victim in all of this’.

Jacqueline was said to be reduced to tears after her ‘magical’ 30th birthday descended into chaos when a fight broke out in the couple’s garden at 3.30am.
Several guests were injured and at least one person was taken to hospital with a broken jaw which later needed surgery, The Sun understands.

GBH with intent has a maximum sentence of life imprisonment and ABH has a maximum sentence of five years.
Essex Police said: ‘A 31-year-old man arrested has been released on bail until January 26. He was arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent and ABH.’
Police were trying to obtain CCTV footage of the fight on November 6.
Sources close to the family say Dan is confident he would clear his name.
The guest with the broken jaw was initially too poorly to give a statement and remained in hospital for four days.
One of the injured was Jacqueline’s 21-year-old cousin of who lives in Eltham, South East London.
A source told MailOnline: ‘It was a mass brawl that turned really nasty. A number of partygoers have been badly injured. One guest required facial surgery. Jac was crying because her dream birthday do turned sour.’

Earlier in the evening, Jacqueline had taken to Instagram to show off her glamorous off the shoulder black lace dress for her special day.
Ahead of the commotion, the actress could be seen looking up at fireworks before gazing off camera, and added the caption: ‘Magical.’
She previously gave fans a peek at the pile of presents she was showered with by friends and family.
She wrote: ’30 and thriving. Couldn’t be happier right now. Feel so blessed and have everything I need and more.’
Jacqueline, who shares two daughters with Dan, recently hinted at renewing her vows with her beau when she shared a snap of what looked like a wedding dress.
The mum-of-two looked radiant in the makeup free photos following what appears to have been a stressful couple of weeks.
She donned a grey zip-up jumper while clearing her mind with exercise.
She then swept her brunette tresses up into a ponytail and changed into a black Nike zip-up jumper.
Jacqueline captioned the stunning snap: ‘It’s the hair. It’s a look.’
Jossa, who also starred on EastEnders from 2010 to 2018, was said to be beside herself by the end of the November 6 party.
A spokesman for her husband Dan told The Sun he intended to clear his name in the wake of his arrest, adding he ‘felt provoked’ during the incident.
Osborne is accused of both grievous bodily harm and actual bodily harm following the 3am brawl, while sources told the publication one of Jossa’s cousins, 21, was among the injured.
One guest was taken to hospital with a broken jaw and reportedly too injured to provide a police statement.

It’s understood police are trying to obtain CCTV footage of the fight, which broke out in the couple’s garden, as part of the ongoing investigation.
Osborne, a former Towie and Big Brother cast member, was reportedly kept in custody for the remainder of the night and released on bail the following afternoon.
In spite of the drama, the couple appeared loved-up after the party, both separately sharing sweet pictures of the event on their respective social media pages.
Osborne captioned his picture: ‘I love you’, which attracted a response from his wife which read, ‘My goodness, I love you!!’.
