And on Tuesday Justin Theroux took pride in showing off the results of all his hard work when he flaunted his bulging biceps in a photo taken at a boxing gym in New York City.
The actor, who turns 50 in August, also took to his Instagram page to share an adorable video of his beloved dog, Kuma, staring at her owner while leaning her head on a living room table.

The fitness enthusiasts both dropped into the signature boxing pose with their fists in the air.
Always one to to ooze casual-cool fashion, The Leftovers alum didn’t disappoint in olive-green jeans, a cutoff black t-shirt and grey combat boots.
For an added touch, he donned a black beanie cap over his short dark locks.
Both men made sure to wear protective masks over their mouths and noses amid the still dangerous COVID-19 pandemic.

Boxing has become Theroux’s primary workout, and the results are obvious considering he has single-digit-body-fat.
In an interview with Men’s Health, the Washington DC native shared about the time a female trainer from the Gotham Gym, who’s a half-a-foot shorter, got the best of him while sparring in the ring.
‘I hate getting hit. And she’s so fast, a better boxer than me, by far. It’s so frustrating. A couple times she really rang my bell,’ he confessed before sharing one of tricks of trade to the sweet science known as boxing.
‘Am I gonna cry or knock her head off? But I couldn’t touch her. Too quick. But I see that a lot in sparring. People get p***ed, get emotional, and that’s kind of the point of sparring: Keep breathing, remain loose, not tense.’

Earlier on Tuesday, Theroux posted a clip shot inside his NYC home that was focused on his salad bowl on a table, and then slowly panned to his pet pooch, who was fixated on him and the food.

Theroux adopted his dog from the Texas-based organization called A Chance To Bloom Dog Rescue in 2018.
The non-profit rescued her from a kill shelter not long after she was found among the destruction left behind by Hurricane Harvey in 2017.
