Katherine Schwarzenegger goes shopping in Brentwood to buy Chris Pratt non-controversial t-shirts

Katherine Schwarzenegger has been doing a lot of shopping lately.

It was recently reported by X17 Online that the 29-year-old author and her new husband Chris Pratt, 40, are just about ready to move into their new, $15.6 million home in the Pacific Palisades.

And on Wednesday, Schwarzenegger was spotted on a solo shopping trip in Los Angeles, just days after Pratt was slammed online for wearing a controversial t-shirt.

The daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger donned light wash denim capris for the outing.

She accessorized with her enormous wedding ring, bracelets, a watch, a cross necklace, earrings and large, oval sunglasses.

The Rock What You’ve Got writer carried a small, white, hobo bag on one shoulder and a large white shopping bag from the Goop store at the Brentwood Country Mart on the other.

Schwarzenegger finished the look with a simple, red and white striped t-shirt, sweeping her hair up and back in a half-up, half-down style.

The daughter of broadcast journalist Maria Shriver made a pit stop at Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop store, but she could also have been shopping for new shirts for her husband.

On Sunday, Chris Pratt was pictured wearing a shirt with the Gadsden Flag from the American Revolution on the front and the words ‘Don’t tread on me’ emblazoned beneath.

The Gadsden Flag depicts the American flag with a coiled rattlesnake in front of it and was first designed by American general Christopher Gadsden in 1775 to symbolize liberty and freedom, but in recent years, the insignia has also found prevalence among neo-Nazi groups, causing a contingent to lambaste Pratt for casually sporting it.

After its ties to the far-right were established, the Equal Employment Commission determined that the Gadsden flag is ‘sometimes interpreted to convey racially-tinged messages in some context’ in a 2016 ruling.

The EEC’s interpretation comes largely in part as a result of the murder of two police officers, Alyn Beck, 41, and Igor Soldo, 31, in Las Vegas 2014, who were shot dead by two white supremacists and draped their bloodied bodies were draped in a version of Gadsden, which also featured Swastika symbols.

Ever since, the Gadsden flag has carried some unfavorable connotations, and has regularly found itself associated as a sign of more conservative and far-right ideology.

Such connotations have led some to speculate that Chris Pratt holds ‘white supremacist’ views himself, after he donned a version of the logo on the streets of LA.
