The clip showed Kendall using what appears to be Proactiv’s deep cleansing face wash, which retails in a three-piece set with a moisturizer and acne-fighting gel.

To begin, she turned on the tap and squeezed a dollop of the product onto her hands before she rubbed her hands together and placed it on her face.

Kendall then massaged the product onto her skin for a few seconds while looking in the mirror.

After a few moments, she splashed water from the tap onto her skin, and rinsed the product off her face.

She captioned the video: ‘My daily face washing routine never gets old…@proactiv #proactiv_ambassador.’

And since the video was uploaded on Wednesday afternoon, fans have been quick to point out a few problems they see with her routine.

Several have criticized Kendall for leaving the water running while she washed her face, with one Twitter user saying: ‘It gives me so much anxiety when she didn’t turn the water off.’

One user said: ‘I’d feel so guilty if I left the water running for that long,’ while another simply instructed her to ‘turn off the water!’

Criticism over Kendall’s unnecessary waste of water comes just one day after the star’s older sister Kourtney, 40, launched a reusable water bottle.

Speaking out about the launch, she explained that she is making an effort to eliminate plastic water bottles in her home.

She said she is making the change so that she can ensure her children are able to enjoy the world’s natural beauty for years to come.

Meanwhile, others noted that Kendall wasn’t using her sister Kylie’s skincare products, Kylie Skin, which launched last month.

‘When even Kylie’s own family won’t use her skincare range,’ one user said. Another added: ‘Proactiv is better than Kylie skin?’

Another said: ‘She not using Kylie skin cuz she knows she will break out lol.’

Several others criticized the amount of time she spent washing her face, with many stating that she cleansed her skin too quickly.

One user said: ‘It was really that fast… she not letting the product soak in her skin. It’s not really helping her if her does that fast.’

Another added: ‘Who washes their face that quick tho? What’s it cleaning?’

Kendall isn’t the only one of the Kardashian-Jenner clan to be criticized after sharing a snippet of her skincare routine.

Last month Kylie, 21, launched her own skincare line, Kylie Skin, which boasts a number of skincare products including a cleanser, moisturizer and eye cream.

In order to show off the products and demonstrate her ‘morning and night’ routine, she shared a short clip on Instagram and Twitter that showed her using the line’s $24 foaming face wash.

In the clip, Kylie held the bottle up to the camera before pumping some of the foaming face wash onto her hand.

She then rubbed it all over the center of her face, ignoring the sides of her face.

She left the cleanser on for less than 10 seconds before haphazardly washing it off with two splashes of water.

She then dried her face with a white towel, which ended up covered in leftover foundation.

Social media users quickly slammed Kylie for her face-washing technique and pointed out that she did such a poor job that her washcloth was covered with makeup.
