Kim Kardashian is granted a restraining order against man who she says has shown up at her home and sent her a diamond ring
Kim Kardashian on Tuesday was granted a temporary restraining order who she said has shown up at her home on more than one occasion, called her his wife and sent her a diamond ring, amid other unwanted gestures.
The reality star, 42 – who has had to deal with numerous stalkers through the legal system over the years – said in court docs reviewed by TMZ that the man, whose name is Jomonie Victor Zigler, initially began contacting her last month.
Kardashian told the court, via her lawyer Shawn Holley, that security stopped Zigler, 28, when he went to her home on numerous occasions, and he posted profane messages about her online while calling her his spouse.

Kardashian said Zigler also sent items to her residence such as the ring and hotel room keys, and that he has a criminal background involving weapons and threats made.
The mom-of-four told the court that she has suffered emotional distress amid the pileup of unwanted advances from Zigler. A hearing is slated for next month in the matter.
Kardashian told the court that Persaud, who she never had met, had appeared at her home three times in August of 2022, and that she was afraid the situation could escalate to violence.

A Los Angeles judge ordered Persaud from making any contact with Kardashian, coming within 100 yards of her, owning or possessing any firearms, and turning the ones he has over to authorities.
Kardashian is not the only member of her family to deal with the downside of fame, as a number of her relatives have also sought help though the legal system to deal with people who they said intruded on their private lives.
They include her sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, as well as mother Kris Jenner. Khloe Kardashian also spoke about unwanted attention in a 2017 episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, as she and Kendall visited a gun range to practice shooting, but ultimately did not purchase any firearms.
‘This is something that we feel like we need to do in order for us to sleep better at night,’ she said.
