She experienced the summer of a lifetime earlier this year when her football team won the Women’s Euros.

And now Leah Williamson has been celebrated for her achievements at the GQ Men of the Year Awards on Wednesday night donning a see-through blouse and lacy bra.

The 25-year-old commanded attention in the revealing outfit which showcased her toned physique as she celebrated a special night with a star-studded line-up.

The sheer long-sleeved top had a v-neck lace panel and a floral design decorating her arms and a frilly collar.

She paired it with some high-waisted black straight trousers and slipped her feet into a pair of white peep-toe sandals to add some height to her frame.

Leah wore a full face of makeup, with a glowing contour, fluttering eyelashes and a flick of nude gloss on her lips.

The 25-year-old footballer wore her poker-straight blonde tresses in a voluminous bun with some fringe kept down to frame her face.

She posed alongside Normal People actor Paul Mescal and fellow footballer-turned pundit Alex Scott at the glitzy event, flashing a smile for the cameras inside the party.

The England women’s captain, 25, spoke candidly in her cover interview as she discussed the rise in popularity of women’s football and how the the Lionesses Euro 2022 win has changed sporting culture of Britain.  

She said: ‘I’m a “prove it to deserve it” person. The power is now with us when we ask for things. I’m going in with proof.’

GQ celebrated its 25th annual Men of the Year Awards with a lavish ceremony at London’s The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park hotel.

The star-studded event, hosted by BOSS, honours the men and women who are giants of style and politics to legends of entertainment and sport. 

With rapper Stormzy, 29, Squid Game’s Lee Jung-jae, 49, and Hollywood actress Zoë Kravitz, 33, making the grade.

Olympic gold medal winner Sir Mo Farrah, 39, was also commended after his highly praised BBC documentary where he revealed he was trafficked into the UK as a child.

Other stars to make this year’s list include Top Boy’s Ashley Walters, 40, and Game of Thrones and Stranger Things star Joseph Quinn, 28, who famously played Eddie Munson in the Netflix series.

Each of the 26 honoured stars also graced their own solo cover of the Men’s magazine which were unveiled before the ceremony. 

The evening was held at the luxury hotel which is located in the heart of London’s Knightsbridge with spectacular views overlooking Hyde Park.

Partygoers were treated to a lavish dinner by celebrity chef’s Heston Blumenthal and Tom Kerridge before heading to the glamorous after party. 

The glossy magazine announced what the famous faces will receive in their swanky gift bags in a post earlier this month.

With a whole host of spoils including everything from £599 Bowers & Wilkins headphones to a The Ivy club membership – costing a cool £1750.
