The seven-time F1 world champion quipped that ‘the best ones are always a blur’ as he blew out candles on his cake and took shots while letting his hair down.

It comes after he swapped the grid for the glaciers the weekend before to mark the milestone during a trip to Antarctica.

The birthday album showed him being presented with a huge cake that read: ‘Merry New Year as he dutifully blew out the candles while enjoying a meal with friends.

He showed off his tattoos and muscly physique in a black vest which he teamed with a trendy cap for the night out. 

The sporting star was later seen posing for a group shot with his mates who were downing the drinks.

It comes after last week Lewis seemed to be having the time of his life as he celebrated his birthday in Antarctica on Saturday as he shared a series of incredible snaps to Instagram. 

Lewis said it was the ‘most beautiful place’ he has ever been in a clip as he walked along in the snow.

Hamilton stood out from the crowd in a bright orange jacket which he teamed with coordinated trousers. 

He kept warm under a black winter hat and donned a pair of eye catching yellow framed sunglasses. 

The racing driver opted for a pair of black boots as he made with way through the snow in the South Pole before posing for a number of snaps for his 31.1 million fans. 

He penned to the post: ‘Another one around the sun’.

Hamilton joined US Olympic gold medallist snowboarder Shaun White, 36, and actress Nina Dobrev, 34, on the trip. 

The F1 star was spotted in a video on Instagram that Shaun shared while the group visited Adelie penguins in Antarctica’s Victoria Land. 

The stars enjoyed their time on board a £200million mega-yacht, which costs £1.8million a week to charter.  

Earlier last week the legendary racing driver shared a video of himself running in the freezing cold and snowy weather wearing a gilet and hat.

As he flipped the camera around he showed his  followers a number of penguins and seals which stood in front of him.

He captioned the post: ’11km run in Antarctica, best run ever when you run past penguins and seals.’

It comes as Hamilton is hoping for a more successful 2023 campaign after failing to win a race last year for the first season in his F1 career.
