Lost star Emilie de Ravin lists her Mornington Peninsula estate for an eye-watering $3.2million
Lost star Emilie de Ravin, 41, and her partner Eric Bilitch are selling off their estate on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.
Located in Balnarring, 83kms from Melbourne, the sprawling Seventies-era home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The prestige property, which also boasts two self-contained guest houses, has been listed with a price range of $2.995m-$3,294,500.
Holiday rentals on the property are worth $100,000-a-year reports the Herald Sun, while the median house price in Balnarring is $1,325,000.
According to the report, the previous owners totally renovated the site, including construction of the two guest homes.



Highlights on the 1.5 acres site include a beautifully maintained native garden, vegetable patch and a ‘yard’ of fruit and citrus trees.

The couple welcomed a son in 2018, Theodore and in March, 2023, the lovebirds announced they are expecting a third child.
