Dionne Warwick bundled up while riding on a float in the 96th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. 

The 81-year-old singer-songwriter donned a blue and brown fur coat that extended all the way down to the ground. 

She added a white beanie to her short hair as she sat relaxed on New York Life’s Toy House of Marvelous Milestones float.

The six-time Grammy winner waved to onlookers as the procession made its way through the New York City streets. 

This year is the third time Warwick has appeared in the parade and the first time since 1984. 

The Heartbreaker singer sang What the World Needs Now which she first performed in the 1960s on the float, one of many performers to sing during the parade.

Dionne first became a sensation on the microblogging site back in December 2020 when she attempted to get to the bottom of some of the most perplexing pseudonyms in the music industry.

At the time the entertainer had asked Chance The Rapper to explain why he put ‘rapper’ in his stage name if he is ‘very obviously a rapper,’ adding that she ‘cannot stop thinking about this.’

Since then she has posted many viral tweets and as a result many have wondered if she was actually behind her social media postings.
