Married At First Sight villain Sam Ball recently stunned fans by debuting his new muscular frame and chiseled looks.

And the 29-year-old continued to turn heads on Sunday when he posted a shirtless selfie after a day at the beach. 

Ball, who famously broke Lizzie Sobinoff heart on the reality show in 2015, sported shagging hair in the snap.

The army recruit also flaunted his six-pack abs and bulging biceps  as he posed in a Gold Coast car park. 

His heavily tattooed torso was displayed as he flexed his pecs to provide his 93,000 fans with an intimate view of his incredible new look. 

‘Sundays well spent in the sunshine,’ he wrote next to the snap.

It didn’t take long for many of his fans to show their appreciation as the eye-popping photo was quickly ‘liked’ by thousands of followers.

Ball was public enemy No. 1 during MAFS’ sixth season when he body-shamed his ‘wife’ Lizzie Sobinoff on their wedding day. 

Last year, he revealed his pride at being accepted into the Royal Australian Regiment.

Posing in his army greens, he shared a lengthy Instagram post about his journey into the military and expressed how proud he was to be Australian.

‘Every time I put on this uniform I can’t help but be proud of who I am and what it represents to me,’ he wrote.

Ball graduated from the Kapooka Army Recruit Training program in Canberra.

He received the Most Outstanding Soldier award upon completing the course, according to a post on the Army Recruit Training Centre – Kapooka Facebook page.
