And Mandi Valiki took to her Instagram stories on Boxing Day to reveal that her family had the ‘worst day’ yet after her father ‘declined really badly overnight’.
The make-up artist, 28, explained that her dad, 69, ‘collapsed’ and was almost taken to hospital after an ambulance was called – but he had insisted on staying at home.

She quickly added that after having a high temperature, he seems to be doing ‘much better’ and hopes his condition will continue to improve after the ‘awful’ day.
Speaking to camera, she continued: ‘Hi guys. I’ve been getting loads of messages asking about what’s going on with the Covid situation so I thought I’d just tell you.
‘Today was probably worst day, like my dad declined really badly overnight and in the morning we just had a really bad fright.
‘Um, he collapsed and an ambulance came and they wanted to take him to the hospital, but he said no. Anyway his temperature was too high and anyway, Covid.

‘He’s much better now and hopefully tomorrow he’ll be a bit better but yeah today was an awful day.’
Mandi went on to reflect on her family’s Christmas amid their Covid battle, admitting that they were ‘too sick to cook’ and did not open any presents.
She explained: ‘Yesterday, which was Christmas, it just didn’t feel like Christmas, we were all too sick to cook anything, and our presents still haven’t been unwrapped.
‘I just want to say thank you to everyone that’s been messaging and I hope that you guys all had a good Christmas.’
In a separate video, she was joined by her mother, who has underlying health issues, as she wished her fans a Merry Christmas.

Her mother took to camera to spread some festive cheer, saying: ‘Merry Christmas everyone, I wish you all the best.’
While Mandi added: ‘So I hope you guys all had an amazing one and we’re just going to continue sleeping most of the day because we are all just sleeping all day, every day.
‘It’s a very sick household but we’re going to get through it.
‘And I know you guys all love my dad so much so I just wanted to give you an update on how he is and you can all pray for him, so have a good night guys.’
In an accompanying caption, she revealed that it had been nine days since herself and Anna, 30, first got symptoms of the virus, before testing positive on Wednesday.

She added that her mother was experiencing her sixth day of symptoms after testing positive on Boxing Day, while her father has declined to do a coronavirus test.
Her latest update comes after her sister Anna shared an Instagram clip on Thursday insisting that she’s ‘on the road to getting to 100% by New Year’s’ after days of experiencing ‘bad shakes, nausea and a headache’.
Expressing her gratitude towards her followers, the model thanked fellow social media users for their support and said she felt ‘lucky’ to be spending the festive season with her family.
Going make-up free in the video, the reality star detailed her symptoms as she explained from her bed: ‘Hey guys, I had so many messages from you guys asking about my symptoms.

‘I feel like it’s almost my duty to do that because as I didn’t have the typical symptoms, you’d know that… everyone is self-isolating anyway but still.
‘My main symptom was really bad shakes. I was really cold for the first few days.’
The influencer admitted she wasn’t aware that she had caught the disease as she didn’t suffer from the main signs.
Anna shared: ‘I was freezing and felt like I had a temperature but it wasn’t so high – that’s why I didn’t think it was Covid.
‘But I was constantly cold and shaking, to the point that I couldn’t get out of bed.

The TV star went on to share that she’s on the mend as she added: ‘Now my temperature is back to normal, I’m not shaking anymore, nausea is gone and I had my headache up until this morning, thankfully it’s gone.
‘I feel really lucky, I’m definitely on the road to getting to 100% again, hopefully by New Year’s. Thank you everyone for your kind messages, it’s not really how I imagined Christmas or New Year’s. I still feel lucky to be around my family.’

She said: ‘Before I jump off, the main symptoms of coronavirus of losing taste and smell… Mandi has said she’s lost it but I don’t really think I have.
‘I can’t taste as much as I used to, but I can still slightly taste. It wasn’t to the point where I recognised it and thought I had Covid. Now I’m just left with the cough. The reason why I’m with my parents is because we were all together.
‘I know it doesn’t seem like my dad has Covid, he had symptoms for like a day. His immune system, touch wood, is amazing.’

The duo had planned to spend New Year’s Eve in Dubai before UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson introduced a Tier 4 system, which has banned all non-essential travel for residents of the region.
Last month, Anna revealed she and Mandi had prepared to remove their breast implants, but it is unclear whether the pair went ahead with the surgery, given the current coronavirus restrictions.
The beauty recently admitted she suffered from neck pain and has been left with a ‘completely numb’ chest after undergoing a botched boob job seven years ago.
In an Instagram Q&A, the pharmacist said: ‘I am so excited for the surgery. It’s on the 15th of December, me and Mandi are going on the same day.

‘My boobs were always really sensitive. It was the best part of sex but now they’re completely numb and it’s so upsetting I’ve lost that sensation.
