The Patriots Day star posted shirtless to give his 16 million Instagram followers a view of his impressively muscled physique as he improvised at home while gyms remain closed in Los Angeles due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The actor 49-year-old actor said the machine was his go-to workout equipment whether he was just warming up or doing a fast workout.
He also urged his fans who were looking to bulk up to add extra straps to the machine that could aid with ‘recovery,’ which he said was an ‘absolute must.’
