Miles Teller donned a retro-inspired ensemble on Tuesday at a For Your Consideration event in support of his Paramount+ series, The Offer, at Metrograph in New York City.

The 35-year-old actor was clad in an off-white button-up ensemble with orange floral prints, with mahogany red slacks and shiny black loafers.

Teller, who plays Albert S. Ruddy in The Offer, donned a watch and had his hair neatly combed at the event, which included an advanced screening of the series finale and panel segment.

The miniseries is about the making of the classic 1972 motion picture The Godfather.

Teller was joined at the event by costars Matthew Goode, who plays Robert Evans in the film; Patrick Gallo, who plays Mario Puzo; and showrunner Nikki Toscano.

The Whiplash star was seen posing with Anthony Ippolito, who plays Al Pacino in the TV series; and MTV News correspondent Josh Horowitz, who moderated the panel at the event.

Teller in April spoke with Entertainment Tonight about playing Ruddy in the miniseries.

He noted that Ruddy brushed up against members of organized crime families in the making of the film, describing it as having ‘a gun to your head in a very literal sense.

‘So many careers hinged on the success of this film,’ Teller said, adding, ‘I think that adds an interesting obstacle to it all.’

He praised Ruddy providing him with ‘so many stories’ in preparing him for the role.

‘We sat in his kitchen and we talked for a long time,’ Teller said. ‘One thing he did tell me is he said, “Just remember, Miles, a good producer will outsmart a good mafia every day of the effing week.”‘

Teller has had a busy summer, as he’s also been on the promotional trail for the hit sequel Top Gun: Maverick, in which he plays Lt. Bradley ‘Rooster’ Bradshaw.
