Mum and two young children who fled a Sydney hospital are found 150km away after a four day search

A young mum and her two children have been found four days after they left a Sydney hospital while being treated for serious injuries following a house fire.

An urgent search was launched by police after Sarah Cooper, 26, left The Children’s Hospital at Westmead with her two young children Louis, four, and Ivar, one, on Sunday.

Officers were concerned about the trio because the children were receiving medical treatment following the blaze.
