The former Love Island star, 31, was forced to leave the jungle after a blood test showed she was ‘dangerously anaemic’, which prompted a trip to A&E before show bosses denied her reentry into the camp.
On Friday, the television personality admitted she’d had an emotional week after Sunday’s final of the show, with Olivia claiming she had still not come to terms with her exit.
Struggles: Olivia Attwood, 31, is still struggling with the way she was asked to leave I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! after just 24 hours last month
Seeming fed up in a clip on her Instagram Stories, Olivia said: ‘I probably underestimated that I’m finding it hard that it was the jungle final this week and I was told to f**k off after 24 hours, and I wanted to stay to the end.
‘I think I pretended like it’s fine but deep down I’m probably not fine really.’

The TV star looked visbly shaken as she took to her Instagram Stories to recount the experience, explaining that a passing woman had dubbed her ‘that f****ng crazy b**ch from the telly’.
Admitting it was the first time she’d cried since leaving the jungle, Olivia said: ‘I can’t believe I’m literally crying on my Stories but I literally just had the most awful experience. I’ve had the most awful experience, I literally can’t believe what people are actually like.
‘This is the first time I’ve cried in like, well since after the jungle, and before that was like two years so you know I literally never f****ng cry. I was just in the park with the dog and there was like a medium sized cockapoo and Lola went over to say hello and they were all wagging tails like no issues.

‘I’ve never had an issue with my dog and another dog or a human ever, I’ve got like one of the best behaved dogs in the country. Like, she wouldn’t be off the lead if she was a problem. And I was like walking over and as I walked over, the woman lunged in and picked up her dog for no reason.’
She added: ‘Obviously it freaked Lola out so Lola obviously gives it a bark but didn’t f****ng bite, didn’t make any contact with the dog or the woman. And she turns around to me and is like: “You’re a f****ng crazy b**ch. I know who you are, you’re that f****ng b**ch off the telly. You’re that f****ng s**g who come off Love Island.” And then she’s screaming at me.
‘She’s saying I’m a psycho, like every expletive under the planet. But obviously because she screamed, and I’ve got a rescue dog, Lola was then like freaked out and then obviously, Lola was then like doing laps so I was trying to get hold of Lola and this woman was just like screaming.’
Distraught: It came shortly after Olivia broke down in tears as she was left shaken after being called ‘that f****ng crazy b**ch from the telly’ during a dog walk
A show spokesman told MailOnline after her exit: ‘As a precautionary measure Olivia needed to leave the jungle to undergo some medical checks.
Dog parent: She was enjoying a dog walk with Carpathian/German Shepherd mix pup Lola and Rottweiler puppy, Stitch
‘Unfortunately, the medical team has advised it is not safe for Olivia to return to camp as there needs to be further investigation. She has been absolutely brilliant and she’ll be very much missed on the show.’
Olivia’s early exit means she is tied for the shortest stint in camp with EastEnders actress Elaine Lordan, who also withdrew after just 24 hours during the 2005 series when she fainted twice in a day.
Olivia didn’t think for a minute that she wouldn’t be allowed to go back but, after show bosses deliberated for hours on her return, she realised her dreams of making it to the show final were over.
The dream is over: Olivia was forced to quit I’m A Celebrity! Get Me Out Of Here… after just one day in the jungle for medical reasons last month
She said: ‘I tried to keep a hold of my emotions but it started to feel like I wasn’t going back, you know when you just get a feeling? It started to dawn on me that I was out for good.
‘But then I was trying to rationalise it, there was nothing wrong with me so why wouldn’t I be able to? I also knew how much the production team wanted me on the show. None of it was making sense. I was waiting for someone to tell me.’
Olivia’s fate was sealed when there was a knock on the door of her hotel room and an ITV producer and executive entered to deliver the news that her dream of winning the jungle crown was over.
Iron deficiency anaemia can make someone more at risk of illness or infection, while low mineral levels may indicate underlying health problems. The broadcaster wasn’t prepared to risk it.
This year’s series of I’m A Celebrity ended on Sunday, with former footballer Jill Scott winning the show, while Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner was runner-up and former Health Secretary Matt Hancock finished in third place.
