Olivia Wilde smiles as she showcases her toned abs in a green crop-top and leggings following her daily workout in Los Angeles
Olivia Wilde looked relaxed as she left her Friday morning workout in Los Angeles.
The actress, who recently revealed she exercises every day, showcased her taut tummy and toned limbs in a matching green and white bra top and leggings.
The Don’t Worry Darling director, 39, wore yellow and red sneakers, while carrying a white pair in one hand and a turquoise water bottle in another.
She appeared makeup free and styled her long, light brown hair in a high ponytail.
The Ghostbusters: Afterlife actress wore dark, square framed sunglasses.

Wilde is frequently seen around gyms, revealing in 2019 that workouts have become part of her daily routine, even if it’s not a major workout.
‘There’s often a way to be active. Rather than sitting at home and taking a call and doing a phone meeting, walk around,’ she said.
‘You could often incorporate activity into your life,’ she added during the CNBC interview.
In 2017 she told Well + Good that she makes sure to eat healthy. She starts her day with coffee then it’s onto non-processed food.
‘For breakfast, I make avocado toast and sometimes a smoothie—I alternate between the two,’ said the ex of Jason Sudeikis with whom she has two children, Otis, eight, and Daisy, six.
‘My toast is pretty standard: chili flakes, good olive oil, lemon juice, and salt of course—always salt.
‘Otis really likes oatmeal with chocolate chips, which might make me irresponsible, but I give him chocolate chip oatmeal every morning. Just a little, but he feels like it’s a lot so I perpetuate that myth to make it feel super-special.’

Wilde had a big year in 2022, directing her second feature Don’t Worry Darling (which she also had a role in) and starring in Babylon and DC’s League of Super Pets.
She currently stars in the podcast series Ad Lucem, alongside Chris Pine, Patrick J. Adams, Clancy Brown and Troian Bellisario.
She also signed on to direct an untitled Sony/Marvel movie, though no details have been given about that project.
The filmmaker will next take the helm on Perfect, a biopic on 1996 Olympic gold medal gymnast Kerri Strug, starring Thomasin McKenzie.
