  • One of the victims passed away and another was left in a critical condition
  • Two others suffered serious injuries and another victim had minor injuries
  • FDNY said the vehicle hit the crowd just after 7pm at Macon Street, Brooklyn

One person has died and four were injured after a car struck a group of pedestrians in New York City.

One of the victims passed away, another was in critical condition, two suffered serious injuries and another had minor injuries.

FDNY said the vehicle hit the crowd just after 7pm at Macon Street and Ralph Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant in Brooklyn.

Cops, firefighters and ambulances swooped on the scene and taped off the entrance to the road.

It has been a bloody 48 hours on New York City’s streets already with two people having been killed and two other hospitalized in separate incidents.
