Owen Wilson takes a walk with family through upscale Mayfair district in West End of London

Owen Wilson keeps it casual for a walk through upscale Mayfair district in West End of London

Owen Wilson has been hard at work shooting his latest film, simply titled Paint, in the New York capital of Albany over the past couple of months.

With principal photography having just wrapped just over a week ago, the actor has since made his way across the pond to London, England, where he was spotted making his way through the Mayfair neighborhood, an affluent area in the West End of London.

And while out and about, some of Wilson’s family members could be seen trailing close behind him, most of their stroll, as they went from street to street in what’s considered one of the most expensive districts in the world.

Wilson, 53, kept it casual and comfortable in the fashion department dressed in light blue dress shirt that he tucked into navy blue pants.

He also brown suede shoes, which he matched perfectly with a leather belt, and a baseball cap over his blonde hair, that was grown out over his ears and came down to his shoulder in the back.

In a change from his typical style, the Texas native also sported a mustache, that may or may not for a role, which was the case when he played Mobius M. Mobius in season one of the Marvel Studios series Loki.

A second season of Loki, again consisting of six episodes, is currently in production, so the mustache could be a necessity for the Disney+ show.

Wilson had been shooting Paint, beginning in April, that only just ended on June 5.

In the independent comedy film, the actor plays Carl Nargle, a man who has hosted Vermont’s #1 painting show for nearly three decades, according to IMDb.

While Carl’s signature whisper has long kept viewers from Pittsfield to St. Albans breathlessly hanging on his every stroke, the station eventually hires a younger, better painter who steals everything (and everyone) Carl loves.

Directed by Brit McAdams, the cast also includes Michaela Watkins, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Ciara Renée, Lusia Strus, Stephen Root and Lucy Freyer.

The film, which stars Michael Peña, Jesse Williams, Walker Scobell, Momona Tamada, Keith L. Williams, Abby James Witherspoon and Kezii Curtis, is slated to drop on August 5, 2022, on Paramount+.
