Paloma Faith shared some behind the scenes photos of Pennyworth as season three came to an end on Thursday.

The actress and singer, 41, who portrays Bet Sykes in the thriller series, took to Instagram to share photos of her bloodied face as she gave fans a glimpse of the action away from the camera. 

Paloma’s HBO Max series serves as an origin story for Alfred Pennyworth, a former special-forces solider living in London who eventually becomes Batman’s famous butler.

Paloma was all smiles as she messed about on set, posing with several fake dead pigs in the back of a van. 

The Upside Down hitmaker told followers: ‘Season three comes to an end today and what a rollercoaster it was.’

She continued: ‘Thank you for watching the craziness. Let me know your fave parts!’

Fans of the show were quick to comment on the post as one person wrote: ‘Hoping we get a season four announcement soon. Loved this season.’ As another follower commented: ‘You’re my favourite character on the show!’

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Paloma said about the third season of the show: ‘We’re in the seventies now in Pennyworth.

‘Things have moved on a bit in terms of inventions. It’s hotting up, it’s getting a bit more DC, more cartoony. It’s quite fun.’

The singer turned actress has also appeared in the Disney animated television series, 101 Dalmatian Street that coincided with Pennyworth.

It comes after Paloma reportedly split from her partner of nine years, Leyman Lahcine.

According to The Sun, the singer confirmed she was single at Jonathan Ross’ Halloween party where she was the ‘life and soul of the bash’.

A source also told the publication: ‘Paloma and Leyman have ended their relationship and she is very much single.

‘Things between Paloma and Leyman became strained over the past year and they’re no longer together – although they co-parent their children together.’

The source said that Paloma seemed happy and upbeat at Jonathan’s Halloween bash, despite the heartbreak.

‘Everyone was pleased to see her so happy after a tough few months,’ they added.

Paloma has two daughters, aged five and 20 months, with partner Leyman Lahcine, and has spoken candidly about her struggles with her post-partum figure.

The couple began dating in early 2013 and are said to have married secretly in 2017.
