Phoebe Burgess has been spotted for the first time since bombshell claims about her former husband Sam Burgess were revealed.

On Friday, the 31-year-old former WAG cut a relaxed figure as she took a stroll with her daughter Poppy, three, son Billy, one, and mother Sarah Hooke near their family retreat in Bowral.

Phoebe opted for a casual attire, wearing an oversized button up shirt teamed up with ripped jeans and studded black sandals.

The busy Instagram influencer carried her belongings in a cross-body Fendi handbag, worth around $2,000.

Sarah was dressed to impress in a checked orange shirt, light blue Country Road jumper, khaki cargo pants and white runners.

She wore a pair of orange acetate sunglasses and swept her hair back into a high ponytail.

While Sarah was busy pushing the stroller, Phoebe spent the stroll taking photos of Poppy and posing for playful selfies with a half-eaten apple in her mouth.

Phoebe appeared in good spirits for the outing, having spent the morning cheering on Poppy as the youngster competed in an outdoor athletics competition.

Posting photos from the outing on Saturday, the doting mother wrote: ‘Loving watching my little monkey compete (and accepting the reality that I am becoming a real life ‘stage mum’ who may or may not have filmed every race, skip, hop and jump.’ She wrote.

Phoebe went on to joke that she was ‘more excited that Poppy won her races than her daughter was was,’ and that Billy was ’embarrassed to be seen with her.’

It’s no surprise Poppy is already showing aptitude in the sporting arena, given her father’s successful rugby career.

Phoebe’s outing marked the first time the ex-WAG was spotted since bombshell claims regarding Sam’s personal life surfaced.

On October 2, Sam – who shares Poppy and Billy with Phoebe – was formally stood down from his coaching role at the South Sydney Rabbitohs after claims about his marriage and wild lifestyle were published in The Australian.

The NRL and NSW Police have both launched investigations into the allegations.

The lawyer acting for Sam Burgess, Mark O’Brien, has strongly denied all allegations.

‘The allegations are false and constitute an indefensible defamation against my client,’ Mr O’Brien said.

The article included text messages Phoebe allegedly sent to Hollywood star Russell Crowe, who part-owns the Rabbitohs NRL club, in November 2018.

Rabbitohs staff members have also been accused of covering up Sam’s alleged indiscretions. It is not alleged that Russell was involved in any cover-up.

‘I thought we had the world at our feet together,’ Phoebe allegedly wrote to the actor. ‘He might need a good friend because he is just not our Sam.’

The article also included text messages Sam allegedly sent to Phoebe, after her initial conversation with the club owner came to light.
