A sleazy plane passenger got his wife to masturbate him while he eyeballed a disgusted passenger police say.
Enrique Gonzalez’s attempt to join the Mile High Club on a United Flight from Los Angeles to San Antonio in Texas backfired when the person who witnessed the obscene display told a flight attendant, it was claimed.
An FBI affidavit said: ‘According to the witness, the criminal conduct began when the cabin lights were dimmed and continued for approximately 30 minutes, during which, Gonzalez met the witness’ eye and continued his conduct.
‘When interviewed by San Antonio Airport Police, Gonzalez’s wife admitted she “played with it” during the flight.’
Gonzalez goes on trial in San Antonio Wednesday on a federal misdemeanor charge of lewd, indecent or obscene conduct.
MySanAntonio reports that the FBI investigated the relatively minor incident because it took place in the air, causing potential jurisdiction issues.
He was charged in the ‘special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States,’ and if convicted faces a $500 fine, and up to 90 days in jail.
Prosecutions for indecent behavior on planes are rare, with many flight attendants choosing to deal with such behavior by giving passengers a stern warning.
However, anyone caught misbehaving could potentially face charges as serious as interfering with the flight crew.
That is a felony which carries a maximum 20 year jail term.
