A health and fitness fanatic shared his go-to snack from Woolworths – and he claims it is perfect for weight loss.
Fitness coach Matt West raved about Chan’s $7 Yum Cha Pork and Chive Gyozas he said are high in protein and low in calories.
The tasty dumplings have become so popular Matt struggled to find them on Woolies shelves but was impressed with he was eventually able to cook and try them.
‘If your goal is to lose fat and you love snack foods, this could be my best find yet but it turns out they’re not actually that easy to find,’ Matt said in an online video.
‘They’re definitely not in the freezer sections, I literally had to get six staff to help me find these and it turns out they’re out the back anyway, not even on the shelf, mate.’

A staff member eventually found Matt some of the gyozas and said they would usually be in the fridge section by the fresh pasta.
He said the pork gyozas are ‘so low in calories’ with each containing 2.8 grams of protein.
‘You can have the whole pack for only 320 calories and they have 28 grams of protein,’ Matt explained.
‘They come in at $6.95 which I think is pretty damn good. If they were ever on sale, I’d knock an old lady over to get them, I tell you.’
Matt cooked up the dumpling in two different ways. He steamed five and put the other five in the airfryer.
‘I tell you what, they’re pretty much for muchness,’ he said.
I like both of them in their own right but they’re an absolute 10 out of 10 from me, you’ve got to try these pork gyozas.’
Health-conscious foodies shared their excitement over the guilt-free snack with one saying: ‘Take my money, I need to go and find these!’
‘They’re delicious! They’re a go-to for me too,’ a second said.
‘I AM RUNNING TO WOOLWORTHS AS WE SPEAK!!’ a third added and a fourth suggested: ‘Pan fry on the flat side for a minute and finish off steaming in the same pan. So much better in my opinion.’
