Queen Letizia of Spain was the picture of elegance as she attended a state banquet at the Christiansborg Palace alongside her husband, King Felipe, this evening.
Letizia, 51, showcased her sartorial prowess in an embroidered navy dress by Felipe Varela, topped with the dazzling Fleur-de-Lys tiara.
The royal mother-of-two added striking sapphire and diamond earrings, while her hair was swept back into a chignon.
The couple touched down at Copenhagen Airport earlier in the day, marking the beginning of their state visit, stretching from 6 November to 8 November.
Letizia looked glamorous as ever in an A-line gown, featuring a deep scoop neckline and tulle overlay.
She opted for her signature glowing make-up look, incorporating golden hues across her eyelids, cheekbones and lips.
The royal elevated her ensemble with the Fleur-de-Lys tiara, which has only ever been worn by three royal ladies.
Referred to as ‘La Buena’ (The Good One) within the Spanish royal family, this tiara was presented to Queen Ena of Spain by her husband King Alfonso XIII on their wedding day in 1906.
Meanwhile, King Felipe looked smart in his Supreme Commander of Armies uniform.
Crown Princess Mary also made a notable entrance, wearing a shimmering light blue gown by Lasse Spangenberg.
The fit-and-flare silhouette was accentuated by a cinched waist and all-over embellishment that sparkled under the lights.
Princess Mary opted for glamorous make-up, featuring smoky eyeshadow and berry lipstick.
Mary selected the Edwardian tiara, a lavish piece crafted with diamonds, rubies and spinels, and set in gold and silver.
The elaborate design can be taken off its frame and worn as a necklace – which is how Mary first wore it in public at Aarhus in 2015.
Prince Frederik donned his traditional Danish military uniform, complete with ceremonial sabre and hat.
Queen Margrethe of Denmark looked delighted to be hosting the royals as she showcased a green lace dress, complemented by extravagant emerald jewellery.
Earlier today, Princess Mary received the Spanish royals upon on their arrival, along with Queen Margrethe of Denmark, Prince Frederik and Princess Benedikte.
Queen Letizia exited the plane wearing a stunning long cream coat and stilettos, which she paired with a dark red clutch bag and wore her hair in a sleek up-do to show off a pair of glitzy earrings.
The sophisticated ensemble marked a change from her equally-chic outfit seen before boarding her flight from Madrid – which included a lime green blazer, black oversized jacket and black chunky boots.
The Spanish royal couple then rode in a coach with Queen Margrethe from Kastellet to Amalienborg Castle in Copenhagen.
The three royals were seen smiling outside the castle after arriving by carriage before being pictured with Princess Mary and Prince Frederik.
