On Monday, the 32-year-old announced the arrival of ‘Baby Evans’ born on June 19th at 1pm weighing 4.11kg and measuring 53cm alongside a gallery of photos from the hospital with her Steve and Taj.

’24 hours with you. We couldn’t be more in love if we tried,’ the Queensland mum-of-two captioned the post adding that the baby’s gender and name would be ‘coming soon’.

Eight months into her pregnancy with baby number two, Ashy took to social media to question a common comment she would get about her growing baby bump.

‘When people say ‘wow you’ve really popped’… I’ve never really understood this comment especially to a woman in her third trimester or someone who is 36 weeks and ready to birth a fully grown baby,’ she wrote in an Instagram post weeks before her due date.

‘Isn’t it expected our bellies will grow? Big or small at whatever stage in pregnancy I just think belly’s are beautiful and I don’t think to say that comment so I don’t know what to say when someone says it to me.’

The other comments she questions are when she’s told her bump is ‘carrying small’ – or the complete opposite of ‘wow you’re huge’.

‘I think just no. I don’t know any women pregnant or not being told they are huge is something we want to hear,’ she said.

Earlier on in her second pregnant Ashy voiced her concern that fellow mothers on social media were ‘shaming’ her for having a small bump.

While Ashy looked radiant in the poolside snap she posted, she took a serious tone in the caption to highlight her experience on Instagram since sharing her baby news.

‘It’s 2021, I thought mum shaming was a thing of the past, something I experienced when I was pregnant seven years ago with Taj, but nope,’ she wrote, referring to her eldest child.

‘Already having mum hate come at me because of the size of my belly? Like there is a ‘right’ or ‘normal’ size to be?’

She said all expectant mums had different bodies and that they will each show and carry their baby differently to one another.

‘I think EVERY pregnant belly is beautiful no matter what, and something we should all be uplifting and embracing with each other, [being] pregnant is literally a miracle and so special,’ the influencer wrote.

'Is a "right" or "normal' size to be?'  The 32-year-old showed off her pregnancy figure in a black bikini as she relaxed by the pool. While she looked radiant in the poolside snap, she took a serious tone in the caption to highlight her experience on Instagram

‘For me there is a little belly and there is a REAL HUMAN BEING growing inside and it’s something I’ll never get sick of feeling proud to show,’ she said.
