‘I’m working on form, posture, strength’: Rita Ora showcases her astonishing abs and Reformer Pilates prowess as she sheds light on her fitness regime in inspiring post
She frequently shows off her figure on social media.
And Rita Ora was once again flaunting her best assets, as she took to Instagram to share a series of pictures and videos with a post about her year so far.
The Hot Right Now hitmaker, 32, detailed how she has been connecting her body and mind alongside a video showing her in a Reformer Pilates class and another shot in which she enjoyed a cocktail with her abs on full display.
Another shot showed her hugging her beloved mum Vera and a snap showing her larking around with her The Voice Australia co-star Jason Derulo.
In the lengthy caption alongside the post, she penned : ‘The past year so far I’ve been on a journey to really connect my body and mind. I dedicate a lot of my time to physically feeling strong (working on my form – posture – strength)…

Rita previously told Shape magazine she likes to keep fit by doing circuit training.


‘I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting,’ she explained.
Rita also does a circuit of cardio and no longer pushes herself ‘until she feels sick’.
She recently arrived in Sydney with her New Zealand filmmaker husband Taika Waititi. The couple tied the knot over summer, with Rita revealing she didn’t want any ‘special attention’ on the day.
She told Glamour magazine: ‘Some women like to feel that real special attention that day. And everyone’s different. And for me – I think with my job, it is all… it’s very attention driven – I wanted to keep it private because my life and my career aren’t.’
