She’s the glamorous Sunrise presenter with a passion for all things equestrian.

So it was no wonder Samantha Armytage looked thrilled to attend the prestigious Everest Carnival launch event in Sydney on Monday.

The 44-year-old looked glamorous as she posed next to a cream-coloured steed and she showed off her sexy bedhead hairstyle.

In 2017, the blonde even admitted that she uses horse shampoo to wash her hair.

During an episode of Sunrise, the presenter confessed that she keeps her mane shiny by washing her hair with Mane And Tail – a shampoo originally formulated for horses.

‘I use horse shampoo…it’s very good for you,’ she admitted, leaving co-hosts David Koch and Natalie Barr stunned.

‘I bought it in America… ‘Mane N Tail’ shampoo. See how it shines?’ she boasted as she ran her fingers through her ponytail.

‘See how I look like a thoroughbred and not a draft horse?’ she jokingly added.

Samantha’s colleagues seemed surprise at her choice of shampoo, but she remained adamant about its benefits.

‘It’s very good for your hair…horse shampoo,’ she proclaimed, ‘You can wash the horse… then you can wash yourself, save money.’

The shampoo is already popular in the US and UK with highstreet shops like Urban Outfitters and Boots stocking it for human use.
