Shoppers are storming Kmart stores to get their hands on a $15 dupe for a popular $80 drink bottle – with thousands claiming they prefer the budget-friendly option.
As many turn towards more sustainable options, a cup that promises to keep your beverage either hot or cold for several hours has won over millions.
While brands like Stanley ($79.99), Frank Green ($74.99), and Yeti ($54.95) are the most well-known, Kmart’s $15 option has particularly appealed to those on strict budgets.
The Jumbo Tumbler with Handle holds 1.18L of liquid and comes in various colours like white, blue, and hot pink – and they have all been flying off the shelves.
The cups are both a similar shape and come with a large handle and lid – their rear ends fitting perfectly into a car’s cup holder.

Kmart’s cup claims to keep beverages at their desired temperature for four hours – with some reporting it has worked for thrice as long.
A mum, Steph, recently shared her honest opinion on both cups after giving them a test run.
‘If you haven’t heard about this viral Stanley dupe from Kmart, you need to hurry up and get one if you want a Stanley cup but don’t want to pay the money,’ she said in a video. ‘There’s hardly any difference.’
‘The Kmart handle is a little bit different, and the Stanley is obviously a little bit nicer, it’s got that little bit of like grip. The lids are slightly different.
‘I actually prefer the Kmart lid because if you want to, you can take the straw out and put the little stopper in so you can take it and it won’t leak.
‘They’re basically the exact same. They hold the same amount. They both fit in a cup holder in the car and they’re both super cute. You need one ASAP.’

Thousands online raved about the Kmart cup – with several preferring it to its expensive counterpart.
‘It’s the best dupe,’ one said. ‘Absolutely slays for $15, just as good as the Stanley and does not leak at all. It doesn’t keep ice solid but that doesn’t matter to me because it keeps water cold in 33C heat.’
Another wrote, ‘Excellent mug, fits in my car cup holder and keeps water icy cold for at least 12 hours!’
‘Works brilliantly and it’s a third of the price of my Yeti one,’ a man added.
