Two men were charged with reckless driving after a Ford Ute was caught speeding with a man lying on the bonnet of the vehicle while allegedly giving the middle finger to a traffic camera.
The truck was allegedly snapped clocking 119km/hr in a 100km/hr zone with the extra passenger hanging onto the car with a bottle in his hand after 2am last October.
The vehicle was travelling down Indian Ocean Drive in Gabbadah, roughly 80km north of the Perth CBD.

The two accused men will front a West Australian court (pictured) on Friday
WA Police alleged: ‘[The man on the bonnet was] holding a bottle in one hand, and gesticulating towards the speed camera with the middle finger of his other hand.’
Footage from the speed camera mounted on a fixed site also revealed the driver allegedly sticking a bottle out the window during the late-night ride.
The 23-year-old alleged driver was charged with one count of reckless driving, a count of drove, caused or permitted a vehicle with a forged, replica or false plate to be driven on a road, and another count of used an unlicensed vehicle on a road.
A 31-year-old man was charged with reckless driving.
Both men will front Joondalup Magistrates Court on Friday.
