Cat and Matt, 38, met at the Grass is Greener music festival in Cairns last year, then started dating around January.

She told The Courier Mail: ‘We are serious about each other and are fully aligned… and it makes me question if I’ve ever actually been in love before now.’

‘I had a solid two years of being super single and this is definitely the first serious relationship I’ve had in a while,’ she added.

Cat went on to say that Matt is ‘very different to anyone I’ve date before’ and is ‘everything you’d want in a person’.

She also admitted it had been hard to date after her appearance on The Bachelor in 2018 because people had a ‘preconceived idea about me’.

Cat was one of a trio of ‘mean girls’ on Nick ‘The Honey Badger’ Cummins’ season.

During the show, she was asked to leave the mansion after the former Wallaby learned of her ‘bullying’ behaviour.

After receiving death threats from members of the public following her departure, Cat said none of her former co-stars had been in touch with her.

‘I thought some people would reach out when people were giving me death threats,’ she told The Kyle and Jackie O Show.
