Moments before the results were announced, Kique told Gwen what her coaching had meant to him.

‘Gwen Stefani, you have shown me what it means to be an artist,’ Kique said. ‘I am a singer and I love everything that I do. I love all the little pieces of art but you showed me how to hone what I do and really become what I am right now. Everything I have done on this stage has been thanks to you. Thank you so so much.’

Gwen smiled before she heaped praise on Kique.

‘You have to know something, you have the kind of voice that is absolutely my favorite style of voice,’ Gwen said. ‘You can do anything but it’s so unique. It’s like nothing else. You’re just so cool and I can’t get over the fact that you are 19 and you can do what you do. You have so much of a future. I’m so excited for you.’
