In a post shared to Instagram at the time, a delighted Anna and Tim beamed as they held their daughter Elle, two, in front of the house.

‘After 20 years of not having to mow a lawn, handyman Tim is weirdly excited to don the gum boots, short shorts and goggles, and terrorise the new neighbours with his trigger happy whipper snipper technique,’ he said.

The property had been listed with a $6million price guide. Tim and Anna, 35, are understood to have paid a figure close to that.
