EXCLUSIVE: TOWIE SPOILER: Elma and Diags are caught in an emotional exchange as she confesses she’d be open to hooking up with him
The second episode of the new series, which is filmed in Cyprus, sees Elma, 30, and Diags, 32, take time to rebuild their friendship with a horse ride after their brief romance.
In an exclusive MailOnline clip, Diags confronts Elma after hearing from Saffron Lempriere the former Love Island star would hook up with him, leaving her to confess her feelings.
She tells Diags: ‘She’s stirring s**t up. She’s here for it. In a good way. In a good way, not in a bad way, in a positive way.’
Bemused Diags responds: ‘Shouldn’t have said anything.’
But Elma quickly answers back: ‘[Saff] might have dug for that, but yes, I did say it. I’ll say it with my chest, I did say it.’
Nodding ‘alright’, Diags then questions: ‘Do think we maybe just, slightly er…?’
Responding to his queries, Elma confirms: ‘Is it inappropriate for friends? Yes.
‘Is it slightly inappropriate for friends, yes, which is why I probably didn’t tell you and I told Saff, but I’ll have that conversation with Saff I’m sure, don’t worry about it.’
The honest chat comes after the pair were spotted looking incredibly cosyearlier in the year as they filmed the candid scenes.
Elsewhere in the episode, Amber Turner makes a shock return and ex-boyfriend Dan Edgar finds himself opening up to Diags about being on holiday with her.
With best mates Courtney Green and Chloe Meadows finally being reunited with Amber, they take her out for a girls night to take her mind off her recent split, yet unbeknown to them Dan is at the very same bar.
The girls are forced to awkwardly walk past Dan who is with pals Jordan Brook and Roman Hackett.
As the girls sit one side of the venue, the guys enjoy a drink at the bar.
Unexpectedly running into Dan makes Amber emotional and she confesses to still having feelings for him, even though she knows breaking up was the right thing to do.
The pair split after a six-year romance earlier this year and according to reports, the ITVBe crew were desperate to keep the cast members apart, so that the drama could unfold in front of the cameras and catch all the gossip.
The 32nd series is set to be full of ‘juicy gossip, major LOL’s and serious drama’.
TOWIE returns Sunday 10th September at 9pm on ITVBe & ITVX.
